Two position training is slower, i didn't receive any pops this week either because i two positioned trained c/pf. And the same players i was training last week in the same position didn't train. I know their sublevels were higher because they got the full 48 minutes last week, and the same two players did again this week.

So my guess is the reason you didn't get any pops is because of two position training, i believe is the main reason.

As stated, multiple position training is slower, and if the players popped the previous week, then they are at a low sublevel, and will need more than one week worth of training to pop to a new level

Just because they don't pop, doesn't mean they didn't improve though. I had a trainee who didn't pop a level, but who changed his listed position, due to improvement of his sublevels. I believe, and see no reason or evidence to the contrary), that those higher sublevels are taken into account in the game engine calculations.

The actual skill levels have decimal points, so mediocre isn't just 5, it's anywhere from 5.0 to 5.99 (I would guess).

I believe that there are sublevels not only for the skills, but also potential and gameshape.

EDIT - I haven't ever seen any suggestions as to how many digits are included in the values. Does it go to tenths or hundredths? But it doesn't likely matter)

Unbelievable. You're not new to the game and you still didn't read the manual. It has almost the same question you just asked... Even about sublevels....

“None of my players popped up this week. Is this a bug?”
It is not a bug. Training takes time and players do not get a pop up every week. Training consists of sublevels, so even though you do not see a pop, the sublevel has increased and gotten closer to a pop up. Just make sure you get full training and you know your player is improving.

You'd be surprised how many people don't read the manual...

Yesterday, a guy who is playing his 7th season and is allegedly training inside players, just asked which training trains Shot Blocking (in our language it's not "Shot Blocking", but something along "Shot altering). Of course it's a 15 y old who spent 6 seasons in 4th league, but anyway.

Another guy who is in 2nd league and is playing his 3rd season asked why his trainee got subbed in a blowout (he put in the game players who actually didn't play neither backups or reserves).

You'd be surprised how many people don't know a lot of things despite playing for more than 2-3 seasons...some just don't want to take time to study the game a bit (by "study" I mean "read Game Manual) and then are asking those questions on forums.
