i have many good players on my team w/ no star. still, i get more than 5 players in double figures every game. is that good enough or do i need a star???

It depends on how well you're doing, really... If you're winning, like recent Pistons teams that had no big stars, you're fine! If you're losing, like the Wolves and Kings, then it's not good enough and you need better players...

You only have one player older than 20, and most of your young guardss have low potential. It's impossible to effectively train guards and forwards at the same time. Looking at your roster, I would train a few of your small forwards and post players that have all star potential or higher. Sell your young guards and buy some older ones with better skills. Buy an advanced trainer and do 2 position post training for the rest of this season.
