Hello everyone, I thought I would start a new thread in which I call for expressions of interest for anyone that would like to be on the U21 staff. In Australia we obviously had a lot more users and it was a much bigger job but it was a lot of fun having a large group of about a dozen people that were involved in assisting with the U21 team.

Depending on how many staff we have we can divide the jobs into specific areas.

Position.
It would be great if we could have someone in charge of players for each position, so someone in charge of PGs, someone in charge of SGs, etc.

or

Age
Some teams have a person in charge of each age. So one person is in charge of the 18s, another is in charge of the 19s etc.

or
Mentees
Each person may just have 10 specific players that they try to monotor each week and keep in tough with their coaches.

or
Roles
Each person gets a specific role.
Scouting other U21 teams.
Publicity and promotion of our team.
Training mentor - keeping in contact with the coaches and telling them how to train. etc.

So what I need to know is first of all who is interested? I have already sent messages to four people asking them if they would like to help. I would love to hear from anyone who is interested.

Then I am happy to hear what model people would like. I have my idea but I would love to hear what other's think.

I like to assist as a staff for publicity and promotion of our team as i do events for product promotions in real life so i think i can be good in that.

Wow that sounds fantastic. Maybe we can even do some brainstorming later to see how we can promote BB in India in general. Great offer, thanks.

I can be the training mentor and make sure the right players are getting the right training etc.

if somebody has to train great PG's, that's my specialty.

I am engaged in several countries across the world: Italy of course, with some tens of guards assigned to me and support given to NT, the South Africa were I used to be the coach and I am cooperating with current coach, Ghana, Malaysia, where I was candidate to U21 in last two elections, and some sparse cooperation with coaches across the world. You can find me across those forums. Some surprise could happen soon as well. No big secrets, you know

Training is to me the most interesting part of the game. In last couple of seasons I got bored in not doing good training for my team (II.3 Italy is very tough indeed, so first result, than training) and I am starting a new four seasons long program to rejuvenate my team and aim to Serie A.
