Following from other national teams, we need to start being more organised and have one national team forum for the U21 team. This forum is:

1. For training questions

2. For discussing strategies

3. For scouting opponents

4. For young talent questions

5. For any other issues or ideas that managers have for the national team

Its open to everyone and I would welcome any advice or volunteers to work with me in the national team.

I have already offered an invite to the leaving national team coach to work with me and to jointly build the team forward. Waiting to hear back from him.

As I am sure you have seen, the group we have been drawn is not an easy group, with strong opponents and teams that have better and stronger players. We need a lot of luck and we need to make sure our game shape is at its strongest.

Also we need to continue to improve the national team players and I will send messages to the managers to create a training plan or to see what their plan for the future of these players is.

Wishing to all managers good luck, great future and lets work together. My door is open to everyone who wants to help

Neptune

First game analysis

87 Al Maghrib U21 117 - 118 (Replay) 33 South Africa U21

We lost by one point in second over time, by a team ranked 54 places higher and a team that is the champion of Africa.

It was a very close game, and one that we only lost because of game shape, as the opponents were all stronger than our players and free throws. Also we made too many fouls

However i am happy with team, and players and the effort in the game.

Lets hope that the next game victory will come.

Well done on your first game in charge of this NT.

Hopefully it will be able to make strides while you're in charge :)

You should probably ask Yaz.n. He is the new NT manager of Al Maghrib U21. (/community/bbmail.aspx?showType=create&user=Yaz...)
