Every other three days I'll scan the transfer list, looking for Luxembourg players younger than 21 that could hit the minimum requirements of the U21 team if trained further. You'll find a link to those players in this thread.
If ever you are interested in training those players, feel free to bid on them. Obviously, if you spot a player that I would have overseen, you can add a post with his ID too.
PS: we are not allowed to copy/paste the skills of players (even those who are on the transfer list). So, I will put a hyperlink with their ID. Just click on their IDs and the player's personal page will show up.
