Hello Luxembourg,

First and foremost I'd like to thank you for the confidence you gave me. I'll try my best not to disappoint you in the upcoming seasons.


Now, I will use this thread to communicate with the Luxembourg community. You'll find the latest news about what's going on with the Luxembourg U21 team and so on. Here is the schedule for today:

1. Build up the database. That is, add the information I was still missing concerning the 21-year-old (and younger) Luxembourg players. That database will later on be updated on a weekly basis. Therefore, I'll need you, owners of Luxembourg players younger than 21, to send me the skills of your players every week (even if they didn't pop in any of their skills). That way I'll be able to follow the evolution of your players and, eventually, decide whether or not to call them up to the U21 team.

2. Create a new thread with the minimum requirements for each spot. This will help you to have an idea of what to aim for, and could be used as a reminder.

3. Contact the owners of each and every prospect that I have spotted.

First part of the job is done. The drafts of seasons 12 to 15 in DI, DII.1, DII.2, DII.3 and DII.4 have been entirely scanned. In other words, each and every Luxembourg player that has been created since season 12 has been checked out. That way I made sure I didn't oversee any player.

Now, I have to say the situation is far from being great. We have a few decent players, but it'll be insufficient to have a great season. So, we'll have to work very hard with our 18-20-year-old prospects in order to build a better team and prepare the future of the Luxembourg U21 team.

Der Coach der U21 wurde verbottet. Na prima. Stellst sich denn jemand aus dem eigenen Lande zur Verfügung? Wäre ja eine Schande, wenn es weiterhin derart den Bach runter ginge.
