So do you think this is a good player to train? This week i'm working on his inside def, inside def for centers, i want to one position train him most of the season, at least half of the season. In a scrimmage game a thursday afternoon, he had a double double, 21 points and 11 rebounds against a very good team.

Most of our opponent's players' that day had double digit salary players with all of his roster, but he only played five players in the game. Do you think he can become a great player? I'm planning on making him an all around big man, one day to even get his passing to mediocre or average. I want him to be a great inside scorer and great inside defender, do you like his potential or is it too low?

He's a rookie that i drafted this past offseason.

This guy has terrific starting skills, nice job drafting him! Only thing I don't like is that he's 19 but that's not a big deal.

Pair him with Gisbert and Bruzas and one position train those big guy skills all season, you'd mentioned wanting big scorers and defenders so maybe over the course of 14 weeks do something like 5 ID, 5 IS, 3 RB, 1 BLK. You'll like where you're at by the end of this season.

That's a good idea, i just hope there will be enough time during the season to get all that in, and as far as the last game, my team had prominent high inside scoring. That's what i wanted to was to have a good inside scoring team. I've never had any skills even that close, especially in scrimmages.

Yea, you looked at the wrong team. But to be fair...

Elmars Karišs (4823295)
Power Forward
Owner: Caledonian Whisper
Weekly salary: $ 164 493

Veidutis Bružas (18110310)
Power Forward
Owner: Cleveland Cutters
Weekly salary: $ 5 535

...you might have been slightly overmatched at that position.

It's brainbuster you are back!

Well I think you should train JS for 2 weeks, then train shot blocking, then sell him then buy him back. Oops, sorry, that is your plan not mine.

Just kidding, you remember your last thread.

He looks very solid although 18 and one more potential would be better. Still I would be pleased with such a player as the OD is teriffic for a big man and you can easily get the passing up. I guess you need to just work those primaries, you should be able to get at least 9 pops this season single position training this season so imagine by playoff time you could have him:

Inside Shot:prominent
Inside def:proficient
Rebounding:prominent

I'll bet that will make your team start to click.

Thanks, that's what i'll do, rebounding will most likely be the last one after inside shot and inside def that i train.

Thank you very much sir, i'm going to try to make him my star big man, training him in inside def and inside scoring, i like his last name if you know what i mean.

I'm not planning on buying any player at all, at every home league game almost every home league game, i'm going to spend a little bit of money on my arena, as i just have completed a recent expansion today. And the rest i'll save, i'm going to save a lot of money this year.

As for the trainer, i have a level four traiiner. I bought him when he was $21,000, and his salary is now up to $23,000 plus. I'm going to try not to let him get to $40,000, but by that time i should have a lot of money then.

Also i was thinking of using inside tactics now because things like motion and especially run & gun doesn't work for me any more. I have more players who can score inside than i do outside. I just don't know if i should use low post, look inside or inside isolation.

My rookie Sam Barkley is aggressive offensive, and in rebounding, i wish he shot the ball more in our last game, but he was only rebounding, and got a couple of steals. Sam Barkley is my main trainee and my favorite player on my team, and i want to train him hard, mostly one position, until i train rebounding.

Also i have a question, three days ago during my thursday scrimmage, Sam Barkley got 48+ minutes, but i wasn't trainign him, i was wondering for plaers that you don't train, but who still get 48 + minutes, do their levels rise since they got the 48 + minutes, even though you didn't train that player or the player's position? I trained passing for point gaurds, but in thursday scrimmage my rookie power forward Sam Barkley got 48 + minutes, i'm hoping his sublevels rose on fridays training update, i mean all his sublevels or at least his big man sublevels so he'll get a pop next friday.

No. Players who play out of trained position don't receive any training, no matter how much they play. If you train passing for PGs he has to play as PG.
