Can anybody write the best offense tactics against some def tactics. I surely now, that my oponent is going to play 1 on 1 defense, so which offense tactic should i choose?

There is a detailed explanation in the above link of each offensive/defensive tactic and their strength/weakness.

If he is playing man to man for instance, you would look at this...
Best Against: Base Offense, Push the Ball, Patient,
Worst Against: Run and gun, Motion, Look Inside, Low Post

Therefore, your best bet would be Run and gun, Motion, Look Inside, or Low Post.
