Hi everyone

My name is Dimitris (Pikaso), and I am the manager of Aris London. A Greek team ranked 61st in Greece. I am in the game since season 8, so long enough to know what it takes to bring a team together, how to train players and how to get the most out of the buzzer community.

I am ranked 2253 in the world, which is proof that I am good at managing a buzzer team.

The most important thing i can bring to the UAE U21 national team is a great foundation to generate excellent players, to work closely with the managers of UAE but also other countries and to train the players, and to create an excellent program for practice to make young stars that can grow to be superstars in the national team.

Obviously recognizing the work that the current manger has done, I plan to work closely with him and plan the future of already strong players. However I do have my own plan.

I have a two year plan which will focus on the following:

1. drafting
Check all young players from the age of 18-20 to find raw talent and find the best way to get the most out of these players. I intend to work with managers to show them the benefit for their team of training players in the national team.

2. Communication
Make sure all the active members of the community have involvement and create a stronger and better and more active UAE buzzer community

3. Team and strategies
Given my experience, i know how to set up a team, how to best use the strategies to try and win a game and how to make the UAE U21 stronger and higher in rankings. I know the team is not that strong but we will make sure this improves

4. Scouting
I have the experience to scout opponents, to be able to identify their key strengths and to try and target their weaknesses. So to try and win games. Because its important for UAE to become important and stronger in the buzzer world.

5. Fun - Advice
This is above all a game, so make sure that everyone in UAE community enjoys the game and has fun. I am always available to give help and advice to users and to bring some of the secrets that we have in the Greek community to our friends in UAE. Being an active user in the Greek community i can help users in UAE with tips and advice.

For the above reasons i am looking for your vote and for making the team get better and better

My name is Konrad, I am from Germany.
I am playing this game since season 3, my team played for the German first league for seven seasons, now entering the 8th season.

In addition, I am a German NT-Scout since many seasons.
E.g. I wrote a tool to automatically scout new German talents and I am advicing a lot of German Managers on how
to train their talents.

I want to support UAE with my experiences both as a team manager and a scout, bringing German know-how on scouting and training to you.
