the preferred position will change once you train him as SG or PG (depending on his skills... I'd probably recommendd making him a combo guard who can play either position)

I'm always a little wary of small SFs, as they often have low OD, which would be crucial for a guard. Nevertheless, this guy is an amazing prospect and should definitely be trained.

you will want to single-position train him as much as possible, with an at least advanced trainer.

Don't be too optimistic and think that he'll be a monster. Sometimes there are really painful faults in important skills.
But at the same time, let me tell you that this is a great chance for you and whether you sell him or you keep and train him, it's likely that he'll make a difference to your team instantly or in the long term.

Hi I am currently one of the scouts for the Australian U21 team. Once you get the player contact mllama, Aussie Dude, Iwen or me and we will put you in touch with a personal mentor who will help you turn this huge player into someone who will make your team amazing, or advise you how best to go about selling him so you get a good price.

Thanks Fanny.

If your guy is a good candidate you will get an add like this.

Australia National Team Advertisement If you are seeing this message and your player is 18/19, you may have a prospect who, if trained right, could be an U21 prospect. If you want help training your player, you can contact the following people:
For guards/SF's: iwen (196208)
For bigs: aussie dude (196262)

There are also threads on the Aussie forums where you can post your player for help/opinions

If your player is 20/21, then you have a potential U21 player. Contact the U21 manager ((38600))
