so i dont really care if you know my trainees stats,
i was just wondering if you guys were training guards what would you do to these players to make them competive in div3 or dominate in div 4
lvl 5 trainer at moment prob lvl 6 in a few wks
first will most likely be turned into a pg i think and second obviously a sg

Age: 19
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: proficient
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: strong
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious


Age: 20

The 19 year old seems like he could become a good D.IV or even D.III player with a few seasons of training. You have to overcome the poor Jump range and Driving, though.
The 20 year old could become a good D.III player or even a D.II level player if you focus on him in training. You have a couple of solid trainees there.

Check the Suggestions they are important

the 19 year old needs a whole lot more to be a dominate IV player (range, passing, handling, driving, etc).

The 20 year old needs more range to be a DIII player.

But to truly be dominate at those levels....they both need lots of stamina training.

People at III wont buy a player unless they are at average at least is what I have read in the forums.

Some teams train stamina because they don't have a lot of depth and don't want their players to play poorly. BTW why were you checking our league thread?
