i have seen your team.heres what i suggest you
you have 2 really good guards namely adhosakya faruqui and rafqul khan.though there are 2 more good players but their potential is a bit too low to train.
so all you need to buy 1 more guard of age 18-19,preferably the height should be about 5'9" to 6'2" and minimum potential of star and a lvl 4 trainer.
give them single position training.
i would suggest you to start with outside defense first coz it takes time to pop and is better to train in younger age.
train OD for 6-7 weeks followed by jump shot for the remaining time of the season.
if you want to know anything else just BBmail me and i will try to help you as much as i can after all i am season 14 2.1 champion. ;)

Alien King gave to you a specific training plan regarding your actual roster.

But in general terms, training on BuzzerBeater must gather some of the following points in order to exploit players maximum potential:
- Player aged between 18-19 years old have more chances to increase their skills
- Player between perennial allstar and all-time great potential under 26 years old benefits from training
- Small players are mot a ease with outside skills: Jump Shot, Jump Range, Outside Defense, Handling, Passing
- Tall players are mot a ease with indoor skills: Inside Shot, Inside Defense, Rebounding, Shot Blocking

And by the way, community aspect play a major role on BuzzerBeater. As you are Indian, you should focus on developing Indian players skills in order to enable India becoming competitive against the world ;-).

You can come on the India global forum and chat with other Indians if you want. Here is the link: (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...).
