could someone help me out with the training caps. I have a good young guy but he has starter potential. after one year i have him to 15k I was wondering how far he could go? so i could train him in diff skills to keep it down

salary caps dont really exist , its more skill capped but as salary is linked to skills its the closest thing we have to go by .

starter caps around 20 k if i remember correctly , if you have trained him very balanced it will be much lower

i know someone who got his started potential big man to 20k salary, sensational id and re, less in is and then didn't get another pop in an entire season of training

thanx, i had a quick peek on the transfer list and it ranges abit, from 20k to 40k for the big guys.

40 k has most definitely been trained way past the cap, as i said the caps around 20k
