1) Who I am
Hallo, Japan, I'm Italian, my name is Andrea and I would like to take this amazing challenge called Japan NT.
My country is one of the strongest in this game. I play BB since season 3, with a record in Italian league of 207 W - 68 L (75,2%).
My team, (46165) Campania Rats, plays in III.V (in Italy we have 6 levels).
We lost two times league finals to achieve II.
My team is #42 in national ranking (4944 active users).

2) NT experience
During last two seasons I was Pakistan National Team coach.
During my direction, Pakistan (7 active users, the worst in the world except Barbados) has reached many important results:

- From 84 to 78 in world ranking,
- From 0,130 to 0,247 in wins rating
- A global record of 12 W and 15 L (remember, in Pakistan there are 7 active users)

You can check it here:

3) Why Japan?
I was Pakistan Nt Coach so I know very well Asian Championship and I don't think that Japan could miss again world championship qualifying. He will not happen.

4) Community care
Two steps are important to have a good national team: finding new good players and training them. The first one requires your help, for the second one you may check how I tried to open debates in Pakistan during my direction, even thought there was indifference about National Team.

5) Staff
I need a staff. So if you'll bb-mail me you can be in the staff. I'm ready to answer to all the questions and explain what I need. I think the most important thing for a NT coach is to talk every week with best players' coach to control game shape of players.

6) Team
NT is now based on some important players (Hojo, Furusawa, Suenami). I think Young players (Sonoda, Ueda) are so important. I will follow them in collaboration with Taiyo, which is doing a good job. Nippon must definitely grow over my two seasons.

7) Tactics
Ask me everything about tactics and my personal way to manage the matches. Leading Pakistan (former #84) I've beaten Kazakhstan (#69), Azərbaycan (#78) and lost at OT with Sakartvelo (#53) and Prathet Thai (they were #49).

8) Promises
- Semifinals in Asian Championship
- From #48 to #35 in two BB seasons

Go Japan!
Vote Radiobasket!

I'm here to answer you.

Hello Japan I am interested to be the next national team coach of Japan
I play the game for 4 seazons and I have gained much experience (from users of Hellas A1,II etc)

About National team

Aims

1.Tactics
I will scout very well the opponent teams and i will choose the besttactics and players for each match

2.Players
I will prefer the youngest players because it is the "future" of this NT
This will encourage users to train them.

3.Communication
I will communicate with all users of Japan
First of all with the u21 NT coach
I dont want to lose any draft who will help the NT

And the main aim is to claim a position which will give us a place for world cup
