Hiiiiiii nippon!
I'm here to officialize my candidacy for your u21 team.
First off, i'm jabby, french dIII manager, freshly coming from dII after an harsh season. I've been training outside players for my whole (bb) life, providing one international french pg a few seasons ago. IRL, i'm maxime, 25 years old and i'm... basketball coach, no kidding ^^.
Why japan? Simply because i love your country. I had the chance to visit it when i was younger and loved it in every aspects, people, atmosphere, tecnology and all that. Is it to few for motivating a candidacy? Maybe, but my will for a new challenge may compensate.
I think i could bring a new vision, maybe new ideas to your nt staff. I have a few experience, being one of the founders of ODP which keeps track of the best young frenchs players and having been french nt coach for two seasons.
I'm well aware that u21 main job his to create a dialogue with managers in order to help them training their guys in the best way for nt AND for their team in the mean time. It will take much time but i'm ready to do so, has i already did during my french nt coaching.
Alongside this i'll write briefings and debriefings about every games, create topics to discuss strategies, create top tens for PG, SG, SF, PF and C and probably a few other surprises to make the team lively and attractive. To finish on that, i'll "hire" only native managers for my coaching staff in order to imply the community in the project.
I hope my candidacy will at least attract your attention, regards.
Ps, my internet being down, i'm using my phone so i'll try to keep track of the debates and to answers but it's kinda tedious ^^
