For individual teams:
1. League
2. Cup
3. BuzzerBeater Best
4. Private league (supporters only)

For National teams
1. Continental Champs
2. World Champs
3. Consolation Tournament

Think that covers it. There is also 2nd chance qualifiers to get into the World Champs but you should really read the Manual it will tell you all of this.
