I'm still not seeing the new scouting system. Does anyone know when it will be available? Or maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.

Is that from a bb or gm because you would think it would be released before the ASG due to the fact that at the All Star Break you send scouts to every player to find out height and position. If they miss that date than they may as well postpone till next season.

you could send out the scouts, even later but not before the asd.
