Will the player who play 48 min get full training?

Or only play 48+ get full training?

48+ gets full training. 48 is actually 47.5 to 47.99. But I wouldn't worry about just getting 48 instead of 48+. It's less training but still close enough. Maybe 90-95% of full training (?).

Would you train 48 instead of 48+ or not?

No, I would always go for 48+.

But if one of my trainees, for example, get injured or fouls out with 0.5 seconds left, I wouldn't worry so much about it.

If a player plays exactly 48.00 minutes it shows up as 48+ in the manage my team page. Use the manage my team page to see who has training minutes and how many.

I am pretty sure that the min/training arent linear. Even 1 min less than 48 will lose 15% at least from the training.
