Which one is correct?
For example:
18>19,19>20,20>21,21>22~3X
Or
18=19,19>(20=21)..,21>22~3X

The older the player, the slower he progress. I think example nr. 1 is correct.

I want to say that...in all same conditions.. Is it trainning 21 yrs equal with 20yrs?

Thanks...I just wonder because i read every post, they put 18 and 19, 20 and 21 together...
So i think 18=19 years old, 20= 21years old

As they get older the training will decrease, but after 21 or 22 they experience a bigger drop then at first, so usually you want to train the position where you have the most players around 18-21.
