I am familiar with the star players, and am not afraid that they will be transferred 4 1/2 stars

I have only been playing for three seasons but in that time I have never sold a player or even listed one for sale. My team is still mostly the same players I started with. No-one has ever been transferred and all my current players have been with the team since the start of the season. I have only even ever bought 3 players - one was in the first week that we existed. We are being killed on the survey in lots of other ways but this should be perfect. How do we get 5 stars?

Yes I did sack two of my draft picks and one older guy, but is that transferred?

$20,000 a week the entire season in a bot league and I get guards with pitiful defence. Awesome!!!! Not!!!

Well I know my players look bad but I have been training them a lot. The problem is, well there have been a few problems.

It has actually been less than 2 seasons not 3.
At the start I didn't know what I was doing so wasted some time.
Then I trained some really bad guys who I ended up sacking - as well as some good ones.
Last season I spent some time training bigs and some time training smalls. I started on the smalls, then decided they sucked and concentrated on the bigs.
Then this season I did draft one fantastic player - a guard so now I am training guards again. What a disaster!!!!!!!!!!

The one bit of good news is through all of this there are two people that I have trained for 48+ minutes every week since I started and another guy I trained 48+ minutes every week since I drafted him last season. Why their wages aren't higher I can't say but they have improved in a good spread of both inside and outside skills.

That explains everything, but you must decide who do you want to train, i hope that you stick with guards this time, i mean for a long time
