I ran for the coach because I want Singapore to help Singapore's basketball team to constantly be in the best 5 in Asia. For this goal I will need all available assistance of coaches who are from Singapore. Also, I will drawn coaching staff (which will be coaches from Singapore), which will be my assistance and with whom I will, hopefully, achieve good results. Last season I lost elections for the youth team coach of Singapore, even though I had the same vote, but I later signed up for the elections. No matter what I'm helping coach the youth team of Singapore Chrischu (hello brother), in an attempt to find as many good young players for the team.
I hope that you will support me in the elections and give me confidence and I hope that I will respond you with better results. I will always stand behind my results, be they good or bad. I will accept everyone's opinion on how national team should function. Also, I will accept all the praise and criticism that you come to my account, and that my results are concerned with the national team of Singapore.
