Can someone tell me what changes between A+, A or A-
I have invested a lto this season on draftees. (40,000 1/2 season and 20,000 the other 1/2) and I have to choice between 14 players °°°°° with 5 balls in Star Rating

8 of them have a °°° potential and grade rating from A- and A+. I was trying to figure out which are the differences.

Just imagine a young Pivot - Is this a realistic example? Any one can write me back is experience with past draftees?

A+
IS 7 ID 7 RE 7 BL 5

A
IS 6 ID 7 RE 6 BL 5

A-
IS 6 ID 7 RE 4 BL 5

or maybe A- means that the player has good skills but he is not suited for the role is now playing?
Example a 190cm guy with high skills in defense?

thanks to everyone

the plus player have a higher salary then the A- or the A when he get drafted, so he would be in most cases the better player.

well pass experience told me to pick player who play for longer... and make more free throw ^_^

people who play longer minute and make more free throw usually end up with 5 or above at FT and ST ^_^
dont need to waste too much time rebuilding his ST or FT.

then i look at Productivity.... do the calculation your self... if he play 48min generated 4 point.. grab 2 board.. 2 asssist... he's probably crap...

if play 24min and generate 40 point or 20 rebound or massive number of steal or block. you know he's something special ^_^

conclusion....

put everything 2 ball or below at the bottom of the draft. for both POT and grade
then i ranked the player from
5 star 5 pot
5 star 4 pot
5 star 3 pot
4 star 5 pot
4 star 4 pot
4 star 3 pot

after i sort them that way... i sort them by stats. i usually look at player with better stats/min... also putting all the shitty free throw and low stamina guy at the bottom ^_^

hope this helps ^_^

well, thanks to everybody for the suggestions.

I finally thought that what I am looking for is a trainable SF.
Small Forward has averall good skills and need to have high OD, ID, JS - I hope if something will be wrong with him that I can sell him for some other positions...

I am going to be the 5th in choosing, so If I have a very bad luck I will got a SG A+ of 19 yo:

1- C °°°°° A- °°°°° 18
2- SF °°°°° A- °°° 18
3- PF °°°°° A- °°° 18
4- C °°°°° A+ °°°° 19
5- SG °°°°° A+ °°° 19
