I have this pretty good trainee and I have train his jump shot for a while. I just don't know what I should train next.

Weekly salary: $ 5 310

DMI: 44500
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

He is a 6'3" small forward and his jump shot will probably improve to prominent this week. Also, what position do you guys think he should play because I think he would be a pretty good SG with his height.

Height is only used to calculate training speed. Theoretically, at 6'3" he could even play C if you so desired and it wouldn't make a difference (if you weren't looking at his relative skills and were only using height as a determining factor). That being said, it is a good rule of thumb to keep skills close. The farther the skills are away from each other, the slower the training speed. His Driving, Passing, and Handling are sorely lacking. So, I would train Passing next (Passing main, Driving and Handling secondary).

*Edit to clarify, the farther skills are away from each other, the slower the training speed for the higher skill.

I agree with Yersan. You should focus on improving his passing, handling and driving next. His inside skills are acceptable so those 3 should be your priority. And he has "guard height", so those skills should be trainable with no problems

i would include outside too, personally i like when the player could defend on a good level and i believe it is also a succesful strategy.
