Hey guys, you should be able to help me with this.
Im new at this and i was wondering how its worked...
Who gets trained if i choose to train all forwards? is it all the forwards that play in the game, or all the forwards on my team no matter where they play on the court..

Any player that plays in the small forward position or powerforward position in any of your games during the week. A player must play at least 48 minutes in either of those 2 positions that week to get full training.

Naker is right, but he should have given you more details,or even a link to the FAQ he wrote - detailing everything you could want to know about training and BB - essential reading if you wanna get good at this game and make the most of your team.

Looks like you have had a go at getting your team shaped up, nice pick up with the Greek powerforward, although you will find he starts to train a bit slower as he gets older. And some of the other players are a bit useless when their salary is <$3500.. Make sure u pick up some good staff too, such as a level 4 doctor and trainer. PR man not so essential but mine helps me win at home I am sure of it.
