I have a question that i couldn't get an answer by my training alone so maybe there is some one there that has more on this.
Does a player get twice the training if he plays 2 position and the training for that week is the exact 2 positions.

Ex: One on One for forwards trains SF and PF
The player is a PF that plays 49 min as PF and then plays 49 min as SF.
I know this is really hard to achieve but not impossible and i know this will hurt his GS.

This is only an example and this can be done in every 2 position training scenario.

No, 48 minutes is the maximum. Even if it's a training for two positions.

Example PG/SG: It doesn't matter if he plays 48 minutes as PG or 48 minutes as SG or 30 as PG and 18 as SG or 72 as PG and 72 as SG

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

thanks i tough so too. That doesn't seem fair because you have to sacrifice one player in doing this and you lose GS but i think this would make 2 position training better than one position.

2 position training would be to easy then and no one would do 1 position training. As it stands 1 position training gives more training for fewer players where 2 position gives less training for more players. You need to keep that balance as it is.

yes ok but a fair one will be something like this.

ex: let's say that you are training 1on1 for forwards
your pf plays 30 min on pf and 30 min as sf
that should count as full training.

don't you think so?

In that example, yes. As long as you get full 48 minutes as a forward (either or both PF or SF), you will get full training for 1 on 1 for Forwards.

The previous post is correct it already does count as full training.
