I was just wondering who actually gets on in this league since it looks like lots of people don't get on very much. I hope I can get my team past the first round in the playoffs, but I think next season may be the year when I will have a great shot at the championship. I am trying to acquire young guys right now and I think next season I will have a good team. As of this season Ithink az warriors will take it. GHS Rams is looking pretty good for a new team, but the red division should go Bird Boys. If you actually every pay attention to these forums post here.

I can see me holmen heat and GHS Rams are the only active teams in the red league. It looks like our league dominator az warriors is active along with kansas state wildcats and zues from the blue league.

a few quick tips since I would like to see our league grow more competitive. Get players that have salaries at least around 4000. Train your young players since they train like twice as fast as older players. Get a good 18 year old with at least star potential and train him to a salary of 15000 at least.
Manage your teams game shape. playing your players 50-80 minutes per week is the best. When doing training focus on one position and get as many players 48+ minutes at that position. Well rounded players are the best. Make sure you have good defense. Plan a strategy to counter how teams play. If they shoot 3's play 3-2 zone. If they pound it inside play 2-3 zone. If they are a base offense go man to man etc. Just by training and managing game shape I have pulled into second in my conference and will be first by the playoffs.

You can ask me questions and I can not guarantee to answer them all but I can give you an idea to how this game works. Try to expand your arena little by little to increase your income. adjust your prices so you sell out at the highest price you can sell out. Get a level 3 trainer at least and a PR manager level 3 would be good. Away games are harder so make sure you play your best players a lot on either your away game or if you are playing a really good team. These are jsut a few tips. There is an FAQ attempt in the help forum that could really help you out.

Thanks for the tips I will keep these things in mind.

Does training end at a cirtain point or do you just change it when you feel satisfied?
And is there any way of knowing if a player has gone up in skill other than by looking?

The only training that matters is the training you have on before Friday where there training happens. It shows you with training arrows by the player that they have gone up in whatever.
