How does a player get selected to a National Team and how are the coaches selected?

Coaches are voted in by players of that country at the end of each offseason, or the very beginning of the season. I remember I voted around March 22, that's all I know.

And I'm sorry bout I can't tell you how a player gets selected to the team.

What is the criteria of a coach getting voted to coach the National Team?

Also, I've read on the forums here that each team has a coach. Is this true? If so, where can I locate my teams coach?

At the end of the season, you can register to be elected. You can only register for 1 country. Then people have a vote, whoever has the most votes gets the job. Anyone can apply.

To locate your coach, change your menu (on the right) to long menu. And it should list your country, national teams, and stuff like rankings, election etc in 1 category. Click on National Team to visit your national team's page where it shows you the coach.
