It occurs during the offseason processing (in just less than two weeks). Look at the offseason dates thread.

i looked at it myself and didnt see anywhere it said the day the draft would be , I am assuming on the 22nd because it says offseason processing. Man there is a player i really want in the draft that I dont think there is any way i get because i should be the last or next to the last draft pick.

Yeah. You'll be the second to last pick.

But you never know. Other teams may not be able to see that player. They may not have scouted him.
