how do I find people to scrimmage with outside of my own league

Go to the "Manage My Team" page, and at the bottom right of the page there is a Scrimmages section with teams that are online and do not have a scrimmage scheduled.

that is only if someone offered to scrimmage you
to make a scrimmage go to manage my team page and then to the scrimmage box at the bottom of the page
you can then ask on line teams to play

or if you don't want to use the Manage my Team page, just go to your Country page, pick another country form the drop down menu, see who's online and challenge those teams that don't have a scrimmage arranged (like I do when flag chasing)

And you haven't even been playing for one whole season but you giving advices, not just like experienced player, more like you are creator of this game. lol
