I have two young centers 18 and 19 that I want to train and I have a 6'8 18 year old point guard that I am thinking about training as a small forward. They are all perennial allstars, would I be better off just training the two centers, or should I try and do 3 position training. I am training ID this week.

I was thinking about doing that, just wanted to know if three position training was that much less effective as two position. Also I have a lvl 4 trainer.

If you only want to train the 3 of them, then do one position training (C) and play them at C in each of the 3 separate games per week so u'll get the pops faster.. Goodluck.
