A lot depends on your skill makeup for the players, but ID, RB, IS, and SB are the main skills to train up. I also like to give a little training for JS and One on one for secondary skills. With 2 pos training (PF/C) you can get 5 players with 48 minutes (6 players if you play 2 guys at 48 minutes for all three games in a week).

I would train stamina during the all star break (or FT). You can manage your game shape by making sure your key players get around 55 - 65 minutes a week.

That's my 2 cents. Of course there are many ways to accomplish your training goals. Important to decide for yourself, and stick to a plan based on what tactics you want to play. Hope this helps

SB is supposed to be a little more important now, but I have never train it either since I get a few pops when training ID. That's why I listed it last.

It must include IS, ID, SB, any ideal skills for an inside man.

I think rebounding is way more important than SB. SB adds way too much to the players' salary given how useful it is. Personally I wouldn't bother to train SB at all, but I might be a bit extreme. I think it's safe to say that the core skills for all big men is IS, ID and RB, with shotblocking being secondary at best.

I'd agree with you, and training ID trains also SB as secondary

Yeah, but notice I said "any ideal skills for an inside man." I think this to, but just said that instead of listing EVERY single skill an inside man could use.

Yes, but it would have taken less time to type "RB" (and even all of the other skills using two letters) than "any ideal skills for an inside man."
