I am training and selling PFs and Cs and am getting ready to buy PGs and SGs for my team. What role does nationality play? I currently have an all USA roster, staff included. Would getting a player from another country have an impact on how well he plays for my team? I am not planning on training the players I purchase. just playing them.

no but it will have an impact of your merchandising because your fans prefer to wear your country's jersey than others..

This concerns the Stars of you're team,
since I doubt not very many fans will wear a bench players jersey
even if he was a native of you're country.

and Im not so sure but those you have drafted you're self
and have trained to become a star player are those that
has the most impact on your merchandising..
