How to divide game time between my starting C and substitution C, who is almost as good as starting C. Right now starter will play 41 minutes and substitute only 7 minutes. I want that to be about 30 and 18. Same thing is with other positions.

no because there isn't really a way to do what you're asking.
the amount of time they play depends on the score, on the difference in skills between them, on what you told your coach to do with the substitutes (pick, strictly follow etc...)
so it can vary from game to game

If I say to coahch, that he could pick, then it means what? Substitutes get more playing time?

then it depends even more. If you're winning, he should give more time to substitutes, if you're close he'll put the best players in, no matter if they are starters or substitutes. But that doesn't always work well, since in my last game he held my starters on the court for too long even though I was winning by 30 points...
what I'm trying to say, it's a bit of a lottery
