i dont understand the training completely... if i train jump shot on my SG will the, lets say, strong, jump shot go up to proficient? thanks :)

under this website are useful threads, but to answer your question depending on age and height, jump shot trains faster and yes if you train jump shot, you could go up from strong to proficient, then in another two-three weeks(ish) proficient to prominent.

Training speed analysis is a great tool. Dont train players that are older than 18 or 19 if u can afford to buy trainees get good ones with good primary skills.

ok thanks. that helps alot. but do i need to train the same thing for 2-3 weeks for it to go up, or if i only train it once will it still go up in 2-3 weeks?

You would need to train the same thing for 2 -3 weeks. Training one week has an effect on sub levels, which means if you spread the 2-3 weeks over a season it will still go up.
