How do you get more income per week without selling any players? Also there's a team in my league that can afford a player on 15k wages and have 15 other players, how is this possible?

Most likely they have a larger arena and are getting more from ticket sales. Expanding your arena costs more in the short term but in the long term it is essential as wages increase.

If your not selling out u need to adjust your ticket prices for next month. Just having a look at your attendance the main problem is your bleachers try changing it to $13 see how u go with that price. Lower tier are selling out so u could try raising them to $35. Courtside are selling out so u could try raising prices to $110.

You seem like you have been playing this game for awhile so i am asking you for some advice. I am a -17,000 in debt what would be the best way to get back into the black before they fire me. I have fired a couple of my weaker players now my roster is at 20. I have also put 6 players up for sale but i have not had any bids as of yet. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

Your roster is too large i would only have 12 or 13 players at the most. I would fire everyone under $3000 salary when u can. How much are u spending on scouting on what are your staff wages you might need to cut that back?

Some quick tips that helped me in the basement divisions the last two seasons:

- You only want around 12-14 players on your roster. Either sell or fire six or seven of those players (I would only sell 3 or 4 and fire the rest as you don't want to raise the fees for selling too high at this point)
- Training and selling low potential 19-21 year olds with two "strong" skills in highly desired categories like JS/OD or ID/IS/RB can produce a lot of money with minimal effort if you're lucky.
- If in trouble reduce staff (you probably don't need to spend a lot on PR, and doctors are a luxury unless you have high level trainees) and scouting
- Set your ticket prices lower (particularly upper bowl) and if you have cash invest it in a bigger arena. Buying lots of seats early means they get paid off and start turning a profit earlier.
- Having lots of domestic players DOES make a noticeable difference in merchandise sales in Div 4 and 3.
- Consider going normal/crunch for TV games/games against your rivals to get your survey up if you aren't sure you can beat them.

Basically there are a whole bunch of really small things you can do, not one big thing. It's also important to remember that it's easier to control costs than it is to control income.

edit: I looked at your arena prices and $20 is waaaaaay too much for upper bowl. It seems to me that those seats are the ones most sensitive to ticket prices, and in my first season I went from 85% sold to 100% sold on them by dropping the price by $1 from $10 to $9.

Adding to whats already been said, you are charging too much for bleachers in your arena when you only had around 1700 last game. If you reduce the price then more people will come to your games and the net result will be that you will still get more money from it.

As aussie dude mentioned, you need to sack guys below 3k salary. Don't even bother transfer listing them won't sell and it wastes your time and money paying them extra week of salary

Thanks for the advice, I will start firing right away. And my staff is way above the league average in fact that is what might have got me in trouble. Once again thanks for your time and advice.
