I think he is a little to big for position 2. But on 3 he could be a very nice player in the future. Try to give him JS, RA and ID Training in the nearer future...

For position 3 the potential isn't that important as for other positions. There are many SF's which already reached a good level although having the potential 'star'. Due to the fact that the potential only limits the sum of a players' skills the future ups should be managed very thoughtful...
