There was an idea on Russian forum about rent of players. I will try to describe it if I can as far as my English allows me it.
For example: you have a C who you want to be trained with PG's skills. You sell this player to a team with preliminary agreement of training plan, for 1 million. Then after some time you want to take your player back and pay 1,500,000 for him for his efforts of training. Sums of money are approximate and idea is far from entering the game.
