Why do u need to start again can't u just improve your team as it is. Getting a new team wouldn't mean it would be any better everyone has to start at the bottom and work there way up. I think u have to wait till your team goes bot and reregister. Teams go bot when there owners don't sign in for a certain period. Can't remember exactly how long the period is someone else might want to help on that
