Hi,
I know this has been asked many times before, however, if I have a player, say a PF that I play 24 minutes at PF and 24 minutes at C, will he get the full 48 minutes for ID training if I train both PF and C in ID ? thanks

Thanks - that makes it a bit easier to train.
