you can rid of the upper 2 guys.

27 y/o Danis Milaševskis, is too old = 0 value training.
19 y/o James Idris, too short for big man and very low potential and skills.

the other 4 are perfect for your training, if you need more cash you can sell the 22 y/o guy but try to keep the other three players because they are crucial for your inside training and young trainees are very important for training speed.

yes, you need to strength your team from OD to face outside tactics like Run and Gun and Motion.
