So I just won my playoff game and got 60,000 on seats. I sold more seats than my last game which won 80,000 in proceeds. How is this possible? I did not even lower the prices ... just straight up sounds incorrect.

In the playoffs, the gate is split. 2/3rds to the Home Team, 1/3 to the Visitors.

you win a lot with it, if you doing good - hey you got a lot home games if you hold your hca advantage.

Honestly, I think this is a flawed way to impliment revenue sharing for playoff teams. I think that the visiting team should get a one time TV bonus or something instead of sharing the home team's ticket sales. I think it is safe to say that most high seeds earn less money during playoff games than during the regular season. I challenge anyone to find me a real league (at any level) where this is the case. For professional teams, the playoffs are a huge cash cow; this isn't the case here.

2/3 *2 with more visiotrs are more then 1 home game, and so many high seed don't fall out of the PO ;)

And also in my eyes the bonus in cpomaprision to the , third, fourthm and fifth team is very high for the top seeds.

Agreed, last year I played 3 home games and 2 away games in the PO, which means approximately 2/3x3+1/3x2=2.7 game receipts in 2 weeks. Not bad at all.
Not to mention that the arena is usually sold out during PO games... ideally, one could raise the ticket price when the PO month begins and maybe that's what WasabiSam meant, but unfortunately that would have a hit on regular season games at well. Allowing to set a ticket price for PO games only would solve the issue, but I don't feel this is necessary.

I lost $175K or so and I don't find it lame.
