he will get training this week if he has minutes. I think he is a very nice player. Some rebounding soon..

you could train him in free thows/stamina in the time he is injured, and don't get his weekly minutes for "normal" training.

Awful player imo - no handling, passing and driving - jump range is a big leak too. I would sell him.

Probably he's not worth of much training. Too short for C/PF, and too many weak skills for SF or SG. He will need at least 2 seasons to get minimally fit for SF/SG, and all training must be adjusted towards his needs - means your other players will not get training that they need most.
