Hey guys this is my first year and was just wondering when the draft will be and if i can scout any before it starts.

This is how you scout. you go to training and you spend money and get scouting points. Then You go to the draft page and spend them. At the All Star Break there will be a combine.Spend 10 points after it to get the info.
