It was the crocks last night winning in commanding fashion by a score of 104-67. Poelchau lead all scorers with 17 points but was helped by great play from both Yasar Egin and Barbitini who both dropped 16. It was a well needed win for the crocks who only one 7 games last season and would have been relegated had they not won their relegation match. The team though with out a doubt has been tossed into rebuilding mode and will most likely be there for a couple of years is showing that they have a lot of heart and won't back down from anyone. "Being favorites to win this league this year is a big step in the right direction for us and we plan on doing just that" said Bonnanno who was one of the many players with double doubles in tonight's game. After the game the players were seen clapping and cheering for the fans who came to the game. With out a doubt fan support has been very limited for the Crocks who through their ups and downs have never been able to have a sold out stadium.

"We're just happy that the fans still care about this team. It's tough when all the players you love and cheer are shipped out in an instant and you're basically handed a new team and told to love them or don't come to the game. It's tough but we're happy with the fans that are sticking with us....were going to make you guys proud". Words from the captain Kierdziolek who plans to bring the bite back to the Crock nation.

The team has also adopted a new identity with the new players they have gotten. Throughout the game when a player made a hustle play or won out in a tough rebound, or made a tough lay up the crowd was heard screaming "DO WORK SON". They certainly did work with the way they demolished their opponents tonight. With many more games left to go we'll truly see weather these new breed of Crock's can really DO Work all season long.
