DOn't get me wrong, I am on your side on mirconation issue.

I am extremely dissapointed with the state of it. I just mean to clarify, Marin is aware and keeping tabs on this. Pakistan, Ghana, SA, India, Thai, Korea, Japan etc. (and others I am not aware of)
People have been complaining/asking for change and he knows.

Not entirely true. There are just as many users in Japan as there were when you were... well... competing in the JBBL. You've consistently been the only one complaining/asking for change there - there are probably more people there who value the national identity rather than playing in some Utopia-asian-conglomerate.

Dude: just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean you get to deride them.
You're absolutely entitled to your opinion, but don't paint it as being more than that.

LOL....A bunch of guys from everywhere in the world BUT Japan who value their national identity. And who would be appalled to play in an international situation they are already in.....

Thanks for the laugh.

Err... your point being? So - because *you say so*, I can't choose to be fine with being a representative of the nation I live in?
Gee. That's an interesting stance to take. If you're going to remove our voice from the equation, then make sure you remove your own interest in that as well. I guess your comment SHOULD read:

Fact wolph: historically, you were the only one in Japan "complaining/asking" for change. And as of *at-this-moment*, you're still the only one.

More ad hominem. You haven't changed much... huh wolph?

I didn't misrepresent. All I said was that as far as Japan goes, you've been the only one "complaining/asking". Other nations - you're probably right.
Reiterating, someone disagreeing with you does not give you the right to attack them.

It's a moot point but I am not the only guy in Japan who didn't like playing in Japan and who wanted, even expressed a desire to get out. This was happening before you even signed up. So, NO, I am not the only one who ever complained or who wants out. LIke I said, some already left.

Quite possibly true. I wasn't here, and I'm not going to pretend to know about things I couldn't possibly know about. Indeed, I'll take your word on that.

There are just as many users in Japan as there were when you were... well... competing in the JBBL.

Sorry. No. When people state things that are illogical/untrue I tend to go off. I should just stick to the facts. There are less users in Japan now than ever since I started and near 1/2 all the people who were playing when I was playing have quit. The league was older when I was in JBBL. Now everyone is very young. Less users to the tone of about 1/3. 1/3 is not the same number of users.

Two things on that:
1. I'm not sure how you could know about the age of those competing in the JBBL. Perhaps this is speculation? Nor am I sure of the relevance to number of users in Japan...
2. Sure, people have quit, but others have come through. Currently, there are 20 active managers in Japan, and more than half of them are in the JBBL. Obviously that's a number that is in flux. But you're right on overall numbers. I guess I was more going with the JBBL than overall - even 1.I is in a bit of dire straits (as well you know). JBBL's about where it's always been.
That said: since I've been here, there's only been one person anti-micronation, at least within Japan. Perhaps people are BBmailing you there frustrations? Again - that's something that's impossible for me to know.

And finally, this is a dead horse topic let's get to hoping our draft lists come up sooner than later and put our energy into scouting.

Very true. Hopeful that I might luck into another guy...

Ah. Fair 'nough. Yup. YC's from S7, Triple M during S13, Kyoto/Isehara came during S14, I came during the final stages of S14 too. YC's longevity is impressive - especially given he just won the Cup.
People move on, new people join: it's the nature of all games.
