My victory tonight was 83-36.
36 points by opponent... my team, not a great shotblocking team mind you... trolloped them with 12 blocks. They scored single digit points in 3 of the 4 quarters.

Wow, only allowed 36pts, thats crazy low... Tough got a great defense, but urs is apparently monster...

I just beat the undefeated team in my division last night!!!
My team is celebrating a road victory and hate to say it but but this might be the sign of a promotion....crazy.

PS THe Monkeys, I don't post in my league cause it's crap. Only three teams competing down ther and only two guys are active in the forums. So no one will read the newspaper and no one will ever notice the Mountain Eagles until we're like in D2.

Is that such a bad thing? If people want to read it, they'll read it there. I know I read quite a few forums of other leagues where some former opponents of mine have ended up or because generally awesome people are there. I know of at least one person who is no longer even reading the USA forums because of the proliferation of these 'newspapers'. I can't help but imagine that there may be quite a few more, or people who show up and see all this and just decide not to jump in.

Maybe it would be better for everyone if you did host your paper in your league forum and maybe just posted a link to it here so those who are interested can find it and follow along and those who don't won't see hundreds of new posts in the USA forum every day, of which 80% could be charitably described as "BB twitter spam".
