what is the best for training program for u guys 1v1 training or train 2 position i use my training program for my C-PF for to weeks. so i think about now to use 1v1 training to gain more pop with my players ..i have lvl 4 trainer ..thx for help :)

bkit ganun mga sir ang training prog ko ID lng bkit nag pop din ung rebounding ska ung IS nung player ko ..pwd b un tlg nag ppop din ung ibang skills khit ndi un ung training prog ko..

bkit gnun mga sir ang training prog ko is ID bkit nag pop din ung IS ska RB ng players ko ..pwd b tlg mang yari un depende b slaro ng players ang pag pop nila ng skills nila..thx s mga mkakasagot
