After winning against Saudi Arabia, 2 games are left for Malaysia NT in the first group stage of the S69 Asia Championship Tournament. A first game against Lebanon and then the final game against Japan.

So far, WalterZ provided very meaningful help to prepare the games while our opponents weren't the most challenging ones (let alone HK). For instance, I followed all his suggestions against Saudi Arabia and you got our easiest win of the season.

Winning one out of the 2 games should be enough to stay 2nd of the group. It won't be enough as Lebanon needs to win in order to qualify and Japan will have nothing more to play and can give it all for their last game.

Side notes: Ray Michael is back as the top scorer of the team for S69, this kid will make history for the NT. At 33yo, Siranjeevi Rajan is #9 scorer of all time and #2 passer of all time, only 7 assists short from Ahmad Badawi bin Saad. He will be the first player to break the 600 assists mark.

We lost against Lebanon, this was the first and only game of the season I prepared alone as WalterZ was busy. The tactics and game predictions were all very wrong. The good news is that it won't affect next stage as we will end up being 3rd regardless of our last group game against Japan. In the next stage, we will be in the same group with Lebanon, Australia, Iran (or Philippines), Taiwan and Singapore. It won't be easy but behind Taiwan, anything is possible.
