Which auctions? I just have a random player on mine who I have never seen before or even bookmarked

That sounds like a bug. According to Marin's season 32 post only players that were either bid on or bookmarked should show up on the active bid feature.

I'm also interested about cup impact. Does it mean fewer rounds, and how much? There is 16k teams in 6th leagues in large nations?
