i saw it when he was at my place maybe there were little less potential info but he had info on all 48 players

I suppose that the manager who held the team before him invested more than the one who held yours because i think that it counts for draft scouting but i´m not sure.

The max is 70 scoutings, so it's possible. 14 free (one each week) and + 14x4 that you can pay for.

I think i remember asking on here whether scouting done by a previous owner was kept and was told that it wasn't. But it seems like the only explanation.

I got one too. A 5 star 2 potential A+ rating center or a 5 star 4 potential A- rating point guard

Definitely the PG, there are masses of good C/PF on the market but good guards or SF cost fortunes. The better asset will be the PG.

It wasn't that the 2 potential had an A+ grade and the 4 potential had an A-
